In the course, students learn to identify user segments and needs, develop a Customer Journey Map, design user-friendly interfaces: test hypotheses and create prototypes, conduct usability testing and form a Lean-UX strategy.
The training includes hands-on exercises and homework assignments. Each homework assignment is checked by the teacher, the student gets detailed feedback: what is good and what should be improved. If the tasks are successfully completed, the student is allowed to defend his/her thesis and receives a confirmation that he/she has passed the course.
For whom the program is designed: novice interface designers, graphic and web designers, salespeople and project managers.
